Free Wi-Fi is offered in all rooms. We enjoyed our stay. Clarence St was located a short walk to the venue. Easy drive to Launceston airport, around 20 minutes.

You won’t be disappointed if you eat at Pickled Evenings, which is adjacent to the apartment. It was only a short distance to city park. Comfy bed, good sleep. We loved staying here.

Great views from the penthouse. Full range of amenities and appliances. Good quality fittings and furniture.
Relying on previous occupants to clean and put away dishes can be risky - glasses in the cupboard were found to be in a greasy state.

Good roomy apartment with nice aspect from the city/river side. Everything you would need in the kitchen. Not luxurious, but very pleasant all the same.
Like most hotels I've found in Tasmania, the mattresses are rock hard. That may suit some though.

The apartments were spacious, comfortable and well equipped. The view was great as we were staying in one of the Penthouse Apartments. Convenient location for both walking and driving to restaurants and shops.
There was a mix up on arrival as the pin number for the keys and number of your apartment is sent to you via text on your mobile. Ours didn't arrive which caused a temporary hassle on arrival - 30 minutes of phone calls unanswered.

Great location, great amenities, comfortable.
Didn't realise it was without staff/reception. Nothing on Booked.net or website suggests you receive a text to welcome you and give you the safe combo to the key. Had to ring to gain entry but was all sorted out quickly.

It was great to stay somewhere we could spread out and relax unlike a normal hotel room. Also the option to cook for ourselves (good for budget minded people or if you didn't feel like eating out) and the laundry access. Excellent value for money compared to some of the accommodation we have stayed in Launceston before. Great view from the deck and nice to sit out on and relax. Slept well and no hassles with noise. Heard the town clock dong once during the night. Also once booked it was nice to deal with pleasant owner regarding room access on the day and not have to chase round finding someone especially on christmas day. A txt message on the day provided details for room access and was easy to follow.
Had a little trouble finding our apartment as not obvious signs pointing you in the right direction but once there no dramas. Car parking may be slightly difficult with a large vehicle if parking in the lower parks, just need to be careful and you should be right.

Good views! Clean though somewhat dated apartments.
1. Traffic noise next to apartments. 2. Other guests noise - outside bedroom at 2am, and them leaving 4am 3. No reception

We have stayed here a couple of times previously, and found it in a great spot at a very reasonable price (compared to others we have stayed at in Launceston). Very roomy apartments, great if you don't like everything all in the one room. 5 min walk (if that) to town. Beer Fest was on in town, but was no excess noise to be heard. Will stay again, no doubt :-)
No complaints.

Clean, a decent size, close to town centre
Budget accommodation. Bed was hard. Satellite tv that had did not work, and free Wi-Fi as stated by property manager was not available as promised.

The spacious, comfortable and affordable apartment. It had everything that we needed to make our stay enjoyable.
The lack of someone at the premises, to assist us on arrival and departure . The noise impact from fast moving cars on Arthur Street.
